Scott serves as CEO of Triumph, after joining alongside its founding in 2021 by Shore Capital Partners. Prior to the CEO role, Scott served as CFO for the Company, leading implementation of the foundational operating infrastructure and development of the strategic growth plan for the business. Before Triumph, Scott served as SVP, Operations with MAP Health Management, LLC and VP, Corporate Development with Tri-Private Capital, LLC. Originally from Baltimore, Scott now lives in Nashville with his wife. He holds a BA in Public Health Studies with a concentration in U.S. Healthcare Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Hayley is Triumph’s VP of People & Growth, overseeing the integration of new partnerships and the development and execution of growth initiatives for Triumph’s partner practices. In addition, she is the Human Resources leader for Triumph and the practices we support. Prior to joining Triumph, Hayley was a Strategy & Operations consultant with Deloitte Consulting, focused on growth strategy. Originally from San Diego, Hayley now lives in Nashville with her husband. Hayley holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Matt is Triumph’s VP of Operations, leading revenue cycle and optimization initiatives across Triumph’s partner practices and supporting partner physicians and their administrators in managing practice operations. Prior to joining Triumph, Matt served as the Chief Operating Officer with Athens Orthopedic Clinic in Athens, Georgia, where he still lives. Matt holds a BA in Athletic Training from Messiah College, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Dr. Richard Hawkins is a co-founder of the Steadman Hawkins Clinic and serves as the Chairman of the Hawkins foundation. He also is a founding member and past president of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons society. Dr. Hawkins previously was a team physician for the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies. He has trained more than 200 fellows in the US who serve as leadership in multiple societies and organizations across the country.

Dr. Price also served as Medical Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital and as an Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine.

Dr. Morris is a member of numerous professional associations and was previously president of the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society and chief of staff at Emory University Hospital Midtown Hospital.

He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for EyeSouth Partners, Chief of the Ophthalmology Division at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital, and Medical Director of TLC Laser Eye Center in Atlanta.

Dr. Cha then went on to complete his fellowship at The Emory Spine Center in Atlanta.
